Liked: location and parking are perfect for visiting SF. Food and atmosphere in bar area are very good...food is tasty, service is good and atmosphere is inviting.
Disliked: Breakfast room is a little confusing. The service is individual order rather than buffet. Wait staff often bring someone else's order to your table. Food quality is just adequate.

My husband forgot his flashlight...

Liked: Loved the welcome cocktails, the location, staff and breakfast...wasn't the standard cold eggs buffet.

Disliked: The heater in our room was very loud and was either in all the time or off all the time- it was a chilly night so we were either cold or listening to a constant loud fan.
