Liked: staff is super friendly.
Disliked: lost hot water and use of shower for about 2 hours. staff didn't even try to inform anyone who was staying there.

Never again here!!!!!

Liked: It was located near places to eat.
Disliked: I checked in around 11pm, upon turning down the bed spread, I found cut finger nails which led me to believe the sheets used might not have been clean. Additionally, the room was not really very clean.

Liked: The staff was very nice. Good location.
Disliked: The room was not clean. My grandson found a ring and a fast food container under the ac. Also found a ribbon bone when I lifted the sheet that hides the bottom half of the bed. The sink leaked. The towel rack came out of the wall when I grabbed the towel. I also asked for a downstairs king because I am disabled. It was verified through the app. When I checked in they did not have any rooms available downstairs with a king. He gave me a double instead.
