Liked: It’s a very affordable property. The staff is also as accommodating as they can be.
Disliked: The rooms were not clean by any means. Stains on the walls, beds, dusty table, and the outside of the property was very dirty and the pool had caution tape. There was a bug that came out of the drain of the shower and the cleaning staff was there to see it as they were trying to figure out getting hot water and they had to take the bug out for us and throw it away. Ive stayed here because it’s only a quick 1 night in Long Beach but I won’t be staying here anymore as I felt so disgusted staying there this last time. It’s gotten worse over the years.

Go somewhere else.

Liked: The check in guy. He was super friendly. The only nice thing about the place.
Disliked: Everything. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It would appear the walls and doors have never been washed. Love is like a blood stain on the toilet seat lid. The beds were like sleeping on rocks. The area feels completely unsafe at night. The doors to get in were locked on arrival. There were 2 very sketchy people outside who thought it appropriate to open my son’s side of the uber we were in. There is constant endless noise ALL NIGHT. Screaming, fighting, police, ambulance, helicopters. It’s the worst sleep I’ve ever had and I’m a mom to 2 terrible sleepers. It is RIDICULOUSLY expensive for what you get. It shouldn’t be more than $50 a night and that’s even too much.

Disliked: Unsafe, lots of people hanging outside in the parking lot and in the alley behind. Overwhelming smoke smell despite being in a non-smoking room. Huge spiders outside and inside room. Required to move car into alley by 7am.

Liked: Its location is wonderful, and it was a fairly good value. It was a fairly comfortable room with a good number of amenities.
Disliked: There were a lot of "questionable" people staying at the hotel. When I saw a sign the you could stay no more than 21 days in a row, I was a bit worried. The room was also fairly run down and could use some upgrades/repair work.
