Excellent for wedding party

Liked: The hotel is beautiful. Walking distance to many bars, restaurants and shops. Free admission to the historic Mission next door.
Disliked: Only espresso maker in the room that was not good. Limited food and drink options on the weekdays

Too expensive I will not...

Liked: It was a nice hotel with a good location, but overpriced
Disliked: I was there four days three days. I never got Maid service.

Liked: The property is beautiful and in a wonderful location. It’s super inviting as well as wonderfully kept.
Disliked: nothing

Great hotel, flimsy on value.

Liked: Very nice feel.
Disliked: It’s on the pricy side, wifi is provided at a separate cost, housekeeping skipped our room.

Exceptional

Liked: Beautiful structure, great decor, and the restaurant, bar and cafe were wonderful. Comfortable bed, big room and bathroom.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: We liked being SJC to visit the Mission etc. The staff was courteous and listened to our concerns.
Disliked: We paid for a king size bed but the bed was a queen size and with no firmness. The handle on the sliding door (inside handle) was broken making it difficult to get out of the bathroom. Hotel is overpriced!!

Overall, we had a lovely...

Liked: The location was excellent. We were able to walk to restaurants and the mission. The hotel bar and lobby were very nice with plenty of areas for gathering.
Disliked: This hotel is very pricey. The pool area was small with limited seating. The room size was standard and we expected more than the view of a parking lot for the price.
