Never Trust Inn at the...

Disliked: The hotel manager made a commitment to cover all of our Uber rides and has not fulfilled that promise. The hotel was closed due to maintenance issues and they moved us to a hotel far away from the Public Market area. We were guaranteed that the hotel would cover the bill for these trips because the hotel had us moved our reservation. We would not have used the Uber if it were not for Ella's assurance that Inn at the Market would cover the cost. Ella's dishonesty caused us to incur an additional cost to our vacation. Now we are left to pay the bill. We provided all the documentation as required and it shows these Uber rides were only from the new location to the Inn at the Market as discussed with Ella. We did not receive reimbursement or any explanation.
