Disliked: It seems like booking.com is so unaware of their customer services ongoing conversation with the guest, they ask about the property as they know nothing what I went through at this hotel stay I have been written regarding 3 days misery at this property please check with customer services

Liked: The view outside of the city was the only good thing about my stay.
Disliked: Floors were sticky in the room, gym was not as picture shows, elevator felt like it was going to break down & no included breakfast.
