Disliked: The room was unheated when the outside temperature was 18F. The room was dirty, there were not enough blankets on the beds. Amenities such as towel bars were ripped out of the walls, with holes remaining unpatched. Overall, I cannot believe the city of Denver allows a hotel such as this to continue to operate. Do not stay at this place.

Liked: wonderful front desk woman!
Disliked: SO HOT!!!! Over 80 degrees inside the lobby and rooms. Carpeted stairs and hallway were in need of vacuum on both days!

Liked: The room was nice. It was big. It was quiet as peaceful.
Disliked: To be honest, the room was not completely clean was not swept or mopped. The bathtub was not that clean either. I had to clean it before I got out.

Disliked: Beer cans left from prior guest. Very ran down. Staff made it out that we were the ones them at left the cans there. Also had other people stay at the same hotel and room was gross and curtains were torn down jet tub control panel was torn apart and the employees were acting like they were the ones that tore the control panel apart.
