Generally pleasant but a bit...
Liked: The rooms were nice and well laid out
Disliked: The main issue was the fire alarm, initially we was told that it was a drill and there seemed to be a lack of coordination in what was happening.They gave us an additional hour but it messed up the morning somewhat.

Liked: Good location Clean and modern hotel
Disliked: We did not have any view from our room at all. We faced a brick wall that was the sign of the hotel but covered our room window

Liked: Staff and location
Disliked: It was a bit pricy considering it was a standard room. And I do like room service which many hotels do not have now

Overpriced and mediocre
Liked: I like the location and that it’s quiet
Disliked: The rooms are smaller and they’re charging more - a superior king was 420 for one night and the rooom was a bit dated bathroom older and the heating system was very old and squeaky. The room size was tiny for a superior room not worth the price

Liked: Excellent position near the station but particularly because it was near to the food market
Disliked: Not necessarily about the property but more about our rooms ( third floor ) looking directly at some very large vents on a flat roof. That’s basically all you could see. We came in at night and didn’t realise this until the next morning or I might well have asked to change rooms.

Terrible finish to a otherwise...
Liked: Clean, modern. Most staff friendly other than front des supervisor and gentlemen working alongside of her.
Disliked: When checking in, we asked for a late checkout as well as having that note on our original reservation. The nice girl who checked us in said to simply call later and let the front desk know. When calling on the day of, we were told they didn't have any late check outs left. ??? Left? What does that mean? This is a terrible policy because how are we supposed to know there are only a few handed out if nobody tells us that. In addition, we notated that on our reservation. Re=iterated to the front desk at time of check in only to be told last minute. Not possible. This left us to have to check out within 10 minutes of waking up to get out buy 11am. The staff had plenty of opportunities to guide us to the proper outcome or tale responsibility for their oversight but didn't. When I asked to be speak to a supervisor and explained this to her she basically said there was nothing she can do for us even when we offered to pay more and said this was in our original reservation notes. Honestly, I was and still in shock as this was the opposite of hospitality. This was handled very poorly and left a bad taste after a very pleasant stay.

Disgusting
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The attitude of the hotel to its guests was very poor. Guests were pushed to the side as the hotel gave priority to a wedding. Guests were denied use of the restaurant. Thy closed it except for the wedding and the same happened the next morning for breakfast. I don’t know how they thought guests would eat.Disgusting service.
