Liked: Diane went above and beyond to provide a great stay for us and served an incredible breakfast made to order at our preferred time in the morning. Beautiful property. Couldn’t recommend enough and plan to return.

Incredible views, cozy room and...

Liked: The property and grounds are absolutely gorgeous. We were greeted by the owner upon our arrival and she'd made the extra effort to have some gluten free treats available for me. She then showed us to our room which was the Tack Room and told us about the amenities available to us on property - beer and wine in the fridge, a hot tub, snacks in the breakfast room. The room was cozy and spacious with an incredible view from the balcony. The breakfast was INCREDIBLE - gluten free apple crumble, a fritatta, bacon, potatoes, fruit, juice and coffee. The weather was perfect so we could sit inside or outside to enjoy our breakfast and everything was hot and delicious. The water pressure in the shower was good and the air conditioning kept the room comfortable at night.
Disliked: The hotel was truly wonderful. I don't think there is anything I can point to that we didn't like. It was clear that the owners put a lot of thought into ensuring our needs were met and expectations were exceeded.

Liked: The breakfast meals were awesome!!!! Oh and so was the coffee.
Disliked: not enough trash cans in room, had to walk outside to sauna but it was well worth it.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious, and our accommodations were quite comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend this bed and breakfast. Very quiet and peaceful place to relax and unwind.

An amazing authentic Texas ranch...

Liked: If we could rate Sunset Mill ranch more than 5 stars we would! We had the most amazing time staying here! The ranch is absolutely stunning, we had a beautiful view of the sunset from the porch which was perfect with a glass of wine! The facilities were so good, amazing big bathroom with good quality products for us to use, very comfy bed, and the hot tub was a real treat. Diana, the host, made us feel very at home with special little touches such as warm freshly baked cookies on arrival and a lovely breakfast the next morning. We paid the extra money for this compared to a standard hotel, but we definitely feel that it was worth every penny! Thank you very much for having us. A real Texas ranch experience!
