Our stay was excellent and...

Liked: The breakfast was good and had enough seating but it could have had bacon, sausage etc.
Disliked: The pool area could have been bigger and included a hot tub

Disliked: No beach view, but I knew that

Nice area, not so nice...

Liked: The place was pretty dirty every day, I noticed trash in the same place as the day before. They had one washer and one dryer. We started a load in the washer, went back to get our clothes and found them soaking in water but the washer not working. After I told the front desk I was not offered my money back, just a “that’s horrible”. We probably wouldn’t have taken it, just the principle of it and then had to spend extra money to run the dryer longer due to the clothes being so wet.On to the room it was not even close to the website photos. We stayed in the 2 bedroom “suite.”The bathroom was gross, the paint was peeling off the ceiling and there was black mold in the shower (photos attached). The internet was super slow and the pool area, which is very small and no hot tub (filled in with cement) was closed at 10pm but not cleaned, the same band/aid was on the floor the whole 4 days we stayed. Lastly, we brought our dog who is a companion animal for our daughter, that we have documented with a doctor’s note. Every other motel we’ve stayed has never charged us for having him (over 10 years), and they still charged us $25 a night. I understand that it is not the same as a service dog, and it is not required for them to accommodate just information for anyone else who is in the same situation.

Trip for the granddaughters.

Liked: Granddaughters liked the pool and proximity to attractions.
Disliked: It was a bit loud.

Superb

Liked: I loved the warm pool and the selection of DVDs to watch in our room. Being able to pick a movie was a real winner for our boys and bedtime.
