Disliked: How they did not gave coffee pots in rooms and that had to pay a deposit and wont get back for 5 days.

Liked: Property was ok. Very basic, but it worked for one night.
Disliked: Staff was rude and inappropriate. Front desk hung up on us multiple times when we had a question. We asked about early check in and she told us we can check in at 12:30 with no charge. When we showed up to check in she denied everything she had said on the phone. She said it would be $80 before 1. We waited until 1 and the room still wasn’t even available. She told us we can check in earlier, once we arrived she said she would never say that. Why would we make that up? The confirmation for the room and what my boyfriend signed did not match what he was charged. He was significantly overcharged. At the end of our stay, one of the cleaners searched for my boyfriend on social media and requested to follow him. Is there not any guest confidentiality? It is inappropriate because she obviously had to go into the system, search our room number to get his name. It was all very weird as she saw both of us leaving our room at the end of our stay.
