One night of HELL ON...

Liked: It was near the ocean
Disliked: My stay here was quite unpleasant. The room was not clean, with stained, gray towels provided. When I went to take a shower in the morning, I was horrified to find urine on the shower curtain. The sheets were also in poor condition. The nightstand hadn't been cleaned, and one of the windows was missing a curtain entirely, leaving me exposed to the bright street lights and the hotel across the way, which made it impossible to sleep. When morning arrived, the sunlight poured in without any barrier. To top it off, the phone in the room didn’t work, and when I approached the front desk to report it, they simply shrugged it off and said, “Oh, it’s okay.” Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable, and the blanket was so thin that it felt like having just a piece of paper on me all night.

Disliked: No breakfast, one window short room darkening shade, tv remote did not work, no soap or shampoo in room

Liked: The location is awesome. I love being near the ocean.
Disliked: We did not get any wifi in the room. We would have to leave the room to connect. We were not able to check emails, send text messages, even phone calls got cut off. Very poor wifi connection.

Liked: Just the location!
Disliked: I was actually celebrating my birthday. Stay there for two days that towels were damp. When I was trying to take a shower, I had to pull down a water spout and I didn’t know how to do it so I had to call when we left the room the next day when we came back, they did not clean our bedroom. This entire stay was such a disappointment!
