Top spot for relaxing in...

Liked: We were greeted by the fantastic Paul, whose charm and wisdom made us ladies feel welcomed and at home. He gave us fantastic information on the location, the nearby scenery and local dining. He was witty and the true MVP during our stay! The other staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The delivered breakfast baskets in the morning was an amazing touch! Their unique lobby was comfortable and inviting with a fireplace and beautiful furniture. The view from our room couldn’t be beat over the water. Sunsets were especially wonderful. All of the dining we could think of was within walking distance around the dock. Such a unique gem in Everett. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for relaxation and low-key. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We wanted for nothing, and the coffee was good! I will definitely stay again. It was myself, my sister, and my teen daughter and we were all very pleased. Great job!

Wonderful relaxing stay by the...

Liked: Customer service is exceptional. A few of the front desk workers have been very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Being able to work by the fireplace and overlooking the marina was an added bonus.
Disliked: The vending machines were out of order. A note to say it was out of order would have helped. But the man in the front desk who works afternoon/night offered to get me what I wanted from it. He is absolutely helpful.

Liked: I had the king suite with a fireplace and a balcony. That pretty much sums it up. It overlooked the marina and the bed was super comfortable.
Disliked: The parking is a little non excitant, but it's a small in, so it wasn't that bad.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff we came in contact with were great! Friendly, always a pleasant greeting.
Disliked: The bed we had was way to soft/worn out, but that is simply a personal preference, not a bad review for the establishment.

Great view, very nice staff...

Liked: The view of the harbor is stunning, we are on the ground level and have a balcony which facing to the harbor. Having breakfast (included in the room) with the beautiful view was great. The staffs are very friendly and gave us lots of good recommendations
Disliked: Nothing
