I would stay again.

Liked: early check in; roof top open space; location, theme decor; top rate breakfast. Excellent coffee available at all time. Friendly staff.
Disliked: the booking price and what I paid were not the same... But certainly worth the price, I just needed to be prespared.

Liked: It was a really nice continental breakfast with a wonderful selection of bagels and a number of other choices.
Disliked: The only negative occurred when we checked in for a 2 night stay. The staff were weird about splitting and charging the bill to our 3 cards. She thought she might be able to for 1 night, but not both. Told us to ask when we checked out. We did ask when we checked out and the staff member that morning was abrupt with us and said no, the charge was already processing that morning. This was at 7:30 am. She also said we should have asked earlier… um we did? Maybe she meant when we booked the reservation. We were a bit annoyed but didn’t press it. (We have stayed at other hotels and it was not an issue at check out) Anyways, other than that weirdness, loved the hotel!

The best place to stay

Liked: The staff provided exceptional customer service, breakfast was great, rooms were clean and met me expectations. The overall stay was fabulous location perfect close to everything. Will refer others and most definitely will stay there again.
Disliked: N/A

Good location, accommodating and friendly...

Liked: Good location, room had a lot of amenities.
Disliked: Needed to do some cleaning- AC/heating units were moldy and needed to be cleaned. Bath exhaust fans needed cleaning. Carpet was pretty worn.

My second stay here; very...

Liked: My second stay here; I come to Portland each winter for a few days. Friendly staff, nice amenities, clean and spacious rooms, great location and great price. What's not to like?
Disliked: Bathrooms are a bit dated and could use an upgrade. For whatever reason the vanity and sink are much lower than normal, but I guess that's good for traveling with children.
