A very nice, clean, room...
Liked: The staff that I had a chance to associate with were very helpful and friendly. I like the fact that it is a non-smoking hotel and also no pets. My room was very clean and had everything that I needed for my stay. I liked being able to adjust the temperature to my comfort. Having a desk, chair, and a loveseat was great. I was surprised how affordable my room was compared to some of the other hotels around the area. The Inn is right off of Rt 30, very easy to get to, and had plenty of parking. I would definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.
Disliked: I know that the building is a little older, but the elevator made me a little nervous. There was a nice selection of breakfast items.....the same items in most hotels, with a very comfortable breakfast area. Everything was very clean, but there were ants crawling by the toaster. I told a staff member and she immediately let others know.

Always excellent, comfortable and a...
Liked: Large clean comfortable rooms with mountain views! Great staff, Front Desk ( Emily, Letisha), Housekeeping( Corine, Jen. & Letisha) and excellent General Managers(Yyube & Pooja)! Location is perfect for visitors & business especially for those who's interest are in the Ligonier, Latrobe Greensburg & Irwin areas. Large mall and casino less than 2 miles away and many more strip malls and restaurants all around the hotel's immediate area. Very historic area with history from the Revolutionary, 1812 & Civil wars. Mountains all around and the World's number 1 amusement & theme park( rated # 1 for 12 straight years) less than eight mile away!
Disliked: Many main parking lot poll lights burned out and 2 dangerous sidewalk cracks with 3" high raised lips( that many quest have tripped on) need repaired! Rooms are outdated and need updated including much larger 4K TV's. Both doors entering hotel from back parking lot need repaired!! 3rd floor door has not locked for more than 18 months and bottom door does not automatically swing shut thus is open and unlocked 90% of the time. This leaves the hotel, rooms and quests completely unsecured and open to a multitude of real dangers!!!!!!

Liked: Large clean comfortable rooms, most with mountain views! Great staff, Front Desk ( Emily, Letisha), Housekeeping ( Corine, Jen. & Letisha), and excellent General Managers ( Yyube & Pooja). Relaxed comfortable atmosphere, run like a family owned hotel which is their strongest point. Centrally located for visitors or business from Ligonier to Irwin! Good hot breakfast including eggs, french toast, muffins, juice , etc.
Disliked: Property beginning to be run down, Rooms and lobby need updated and upgraded! Large cracks in sidewalks at 2 central locations with 3" high raise lips that many people have tripped over and a very bad accident waiting to happen! Many front parking pole lights burned out! Doors entering hotel from back parking lot a complete security risk to all quests! One door(3rd floor entrance) hasn't locked for 18 months and anyone without a keycard can enter) the other door doesn't close 90% of the time after entering, quest have to pull it shut which very few do thus it is open to anyone) with both back doors in this condition the hotel is basically left totally unsecured and a disaster waiting to happen especially with a very large busy gas station connected to the property! Ownership must invest more in the beautiful historic property, it is a true gem that needs polished!
