Disliked: Booking.com description of room was inaccurate -- balcony looking out at water was a community walkway and we reserved a pet-friendly room but upon check-in were told we didn't have one. No indication on Booking.com or hotel website that some rooms are not pet-friendly. Awakened the first morning to a crack in the ceiling dripping water. Called the front desk and reported the issue; were told maintenance would be alerted and that's the last we heard from anyone at the hotel. No maintenance person came to the door. Never received a call back from the front desk, either. We had to go to the front desk and request being moved to a different room.

Disliked: No in room climate controls and a heater that barely worked and the balcony could do with a little furniture upgrade
