Liked: Very quaint and location was great
Disliked: Left voice message for innkeeper and messages through booking.com. Never called or contacted me. Only verified issues with the gentleman who made us breakfast. Front door wide open (literally due to wind) and anyone can come in at anytime.Mattresses need replacing, shower not hot and windows broken(the weights ropes and pulley ) and drafty

Liked: Rather funky but beguiling style from the past, but the common sitting area's overstuffed chairs were comfortable, though the lighting in one common sitting room was subdued to say the least. Okay to look at your ipad or phone but difficult to read a book even in the day time. The breakfast area was well-windowed, comfortable, and pleasant. The breakfasts, cooked to order, were fine. The room was comfortable with two good chairs for sitting, but do not expect a wiritng desk in the room.
Disliked: The bed in room 3 (and apparently also in room 5) was very high. My petite wife couldn't get in with a running jump. I took a chair from the breakfast area so she could climb into bed. The next day they gave us a step stool. Otherwise, it was fine.

Disliked: I forgot my pillow there and wish someone would have called me to let me know as I was still in the area for several more hours and could have come back to pick it up.

Beautiful property, lovely breakfast but...

Liked: Beautiful home on a hill with a lovely view. Breakfast was delicious. Clean.
Disliked: Our toilet has trouble flushing, had to flush like 2 or 3 times to get a good flush. Also paper thin walls. Our neighbors came back late and kept us up for hours, could even hear the tv through the walls. Probably would not stay again because of the lack of sleep.
