Liked: Nice personal but there was where cold in my room when I arrived.

Liked: nice lobbies and beautiful building and great location.
Disliked: There were no openable windows, it was very old and had been moderately updated. No room service on Sundays. Poor cable TV with just channels and no movie choices. Room, and particularly the bathroom, never got to warm temperature.We left early.

Disliked: Didn't like the hidden $3.00 split a plate charge! We just plain weren't that hungry! We normally don't eat breakfast.

Pleasant stay

Liked: The room and bed were comfortable, the bathroom was stocked with everything we needed. The location was great to explore Fayetteville from.
Disliked: The automatic entrance doors were not working so we had to push them open, which is quite difficult when you are trying to push a trolley with heavy suitcases through. It was an ordeal both when we were checking in and checking out. We would have rated a 10 if not for this.
