Lovely hotel with a feeling...
Liked: I loved the close location to Paddington train station and Hyde Park, I absolutely loved the healthy breakfast and the staff were always so lovely and accommodating.
Disliked: I don't have anything really - the bathroom was quite small, but I noticed that most accommodation was the same when I was booking a motel.

Excellent quiet location with clean...
Liked: Excellent location a few minutes walk from Paddington but in a very quiet area. Spacious room with lovely shower and spotlessly clean. Good onsite restaurant with lovely food and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hand wash smelled divine.
Disliked: The beds were a little firmer than we were used to but wouldn't stop us returning. We also didn't like the frosted bathroom door initially but we soon got used to it.

Liked: I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the overall experience was great, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the front desk receptionist Ayesha. Upon entering my room, I noticed the sheets weren’t as clean as expected, and I decided to share my concern with the front desk. From the moment I approached Ayesha, she listened with genuine care, showing both patience and understanding in handling the situation.Without hesitation, she sincerely apologized and took immediate action to resolve the issue, demonstrating a level of professionalism that made me feel valued as a guest. To my pleasant surprise, she upgraded my room to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied with my stay. Ayesha's warmth, attentiveness, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly set her apart. Thanks to her, my stay ended up being memorable, and I left with a great impression of the hotel’s customer service. I’m grateful for her kindness and highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for staff who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and cared for.
Disliked: as it is my second stay, I am a bit disappointed with cleaning level this time as it was spotless last time.
