I felt safe, and everything...

Liked: Gorgeous hotel inside & out - staff were excellent and very accommodating. Decor is elegant and modern, fresh & warming. Cade downstairs has a lovely feel.
Disliked: The bed was a little hard - but the regular succulent hotel bed I’m used too.

Really lovely experience for London

Liked: Really beautiful room, great bath with lovely view over London. Really great staff who helped me with my luggage. The spa is very cute and small which is perfect for couples or friends. It really makes you feel calm here; very much into luxury wellness, designs are well curated and simple modern with touches of colour. In our room there were dispensers giving beautiful scents including one with a plant giving a very natural atmosphere. Very lovely stay which felt like a retreat!

Excellent location, decent amenities, helpful...

Liked: Location is fantastic. Quiet at night too. Helpful staff. There was an error of my booking which the staff at the reception corrected it and upgraded me without much pain. Nice ambience
Disliked: I had to wait quite a long while for sleepers or anything else I asked. Maybe they are under-staffedThe breakfast included in the price is quite small portioned.

Worth 4 star instead of...

Liked: The hotel was very nice, staff very friendly, location is near hyde park, but not very centrally located if that is what you’re looking for. We knew it was on the quiet side, so were happy with location
Disliked: The hotel is recently part of marriott, which is not advertised. They claim to be a 5 star hotel, but definately not worth 5 stars. Free apples in the room were so old they couldn’t be eaten anymore. No one checked. Upon check in 2 different receptionist repeated the wrong amount of booked rooms for me. The first receptionist told me we were given an upgrade. Not true, I double checked with another receptionist. I don’t mind this, but then don’t tell any lies. We also moved 1 of the 2 twin beds in a room to put it as 1 big bed, but there was so much dust under the bed. Really not worth the 5 stars. Receptionist were nice but I was asked 5 times to make a nice review. I’ll do that, if you don’t push me so hard. Felt as if both receptionist had to read their prepped lines to us, instead of being from the heart. They were nice but did not feel ‘real’.

Liked: The eco sustainability was so appealing, and the room was modern, clean and comforting.

Liked: The design, the atmosphere
Disliked: The beds were the smallest we have ever seen. It wasn’t even a queen bad even though our room was a standard one and it said it has a double bed, that bed barely fit two people. We asked for a bigger bed, first they told us they have availability but the rooms will be ready in the afternoon, when we went in the afternoon they said that they did not have other rooms. The staff were not helpful at all in this regard, they were used to saying no
