Disliked: Room ready late, staff not coordinating very well at check-in, won't be staying at the Ingot again.

Liked: the offer of a ground floor roomsecure parking and plentifulrestaurant on site and opened just that bit laterroom is roomy

Liked: Picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and free airport shuttle service along with how nice it looked. We were leaving on a 6am flight and were able to book on to their 3:45am shuttle to the airport, no issues. The room was extremely comfortable to stay in for two nights and the shower had fantastic pressure. We ordered food from the hotel both nights of our stay through room service and it was very convenient and also decent food. Pool was really nice, very large. TV was easy to use.

Convenient modern hotel near Perth...

Liked: It is a very convenient location for going to Perth Airport. There are restaurants around to eat and gas stations. They offer a small gift to young kids.
Disliked: The bus to take to the airport didn't have space for us. We could take a taxi easily but I think they should plan for more buses at the checkout time.
