A very premier inn like...

Liked: The bed was comfy and the shower was wonderful for achy muscles.
Disliked: Breakfast (specifically bacon) was over cooked, coffee machine is overly complicated. For a high class establishment the breakfast condiments were terrible, basic jam and honey in plastic pots.....not a quality I would expect for this country club. Only 1 disabled parking space by the hotel entrance which was occupied. There should be more and a clearly signposted option for drop off instead of no access!

Liked: Visiting family nearby, great location - staff excellent, breakfast staff & reception staff especially. Superb value for money
Disliked: Minor dislike only - having to walk from car park! Especially when raining!

Excellent hotel

Liked: Beautiful setting, friendly, helpful Reception staff and a clean room with all facilities needed - I appreciated the biscuits! The restaurant was very good, with very friendly, efficient staff.Friends were staying on the adjacent motorhome park so we were able to meet up for a meal. We were all very impressed with the views and facilities on site.
Disliked: The walls were very thin between the rooms. My only criticism was being able to hear the couple next door talking to each other.

Attractive accommodation in easy reach...

Liked: Very convenient location with lots of space to park. The whole site is very well maintained and attractive. The hotel has been built to a good standard and was very clean. The room was a good size and everything worked correctly. The staff were friendly and professional and seemed to keen to make sure that we were well looked after.
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Liked: Our recent stay at the hotel was exceptional. It served as the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. A special mention to the staff for going above and beyond by decorating our room for my wife’s birthday — she was pleasantly surprised and truly delighted. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended.

Liked: Room was nice but few bits could do with attention a bit worn on some soft furnishings but it was very clean
