Disliked: Cockroaches on table in room when I arrived. Threw them outside.

Position and facilities Adequate but...

Liked: Close to my work site and shopping centre Bed was good A/C was on when I moved in
Disliked: Ants were around in kitchen area especially fridge area ,had to spray, also took out a small cockroach) thanks for the spray can underneath the sink,)probably due to the inmenient Cyclone approaching…Foxtel or similar would be nice if available when using TV. - accommodation Had to open door and windows plus A/C on flat out to get rid of cooking smoke / smell from cooking chops on cooktop, (a extraction fan pushing smoke / smell outside would be good )Cooking utensils ( fry pan, plates etc could be bigger) had to use 2 x plates to eat 2 x chops & 2 x bags steamed veggies and cook one chop at a time with frypan.Bathrooms small but adequate, shelves in shower recess would be a bonus….As part of my position, I have to travel frequently and to all parts of QLD, a good bed, good shower TV - Fox etc & cooking facilities are 80 % of a good stay with site & nearby and shopping facilities a 20% bonus Happy to stay again through to my Project work completion nearby in late May - early June 2025.If any improvements on the above occur in my future stays, a bonus for the paying customer.Regards Iain Bucholz

Ok for a short stay

Liked: The price, the staff, didn’t go in the pool but it looked nice and clean, games room with pool table, vending machine.
Disliked: Noisy, poor water pressure in the shower, beds made up with sheets only, room was tired and worn, someone else’s hair in the shower curtain.
