Clean and tidy

Liked: Immaculately clean and well presented. The main room has had some renovations. Easy check in process. Lovely garden views
Disliked: Rock hard bed very much indeed of a pillow topper. No hair-dryer. Door doesn't not fit its frame. Have to slam it shut as it grinds on the wood.

I thought it was comfortable...

Liked: It was a good location for us, neat & tidy
Disliked: The side table lamps weren’t working, being partially blind it would’ve been a lot easier to manoeuvre at night if I could turn one on

Disliked: A little bit smaller, and small bathroom.

Liked: Staff #1. Loved the staff who were all very helpful. Best I've come across in Australia. The cabin was spacious and clean and the area was very close to the shopping center and bus stop. There was also a very nice community center.

Recommended for those stays where...

Liked: The pool was nice. Location was close to everything we needed. Had a small gym (havent seen that at this type of accommodation). Fully self contained unit with a washing machine!. Undercover parking right next to the unit. Cool air-conditioning. Good size rooms and bathroom. Amble extra blankets and pillows. Balcony looking at the pool. Park was quiet.
Disliked: Beds were very hard. Fan had to be set to low because of the knocking sound. Not enough power points, had side lamps that weren't plugged in because they couldn't reach the power point. Floor was dirty. Need more ventilation in the bathroom and some sort of shelving in the shower for soaps and shampoo. Need face washer. One difficulty we had was the shower was super white and didn't see that the floor sloped down causing a near fall. Wifi was horrible!
