Liked: Reception that called me re my staff nit leaving the room by 10am was very rude, I have used this holiday park for work for the last 2 years first time I was spoken like this! My staff members couldn't understand English well and unfortunately can not read and thought check out was at 2pm, they were very apologetic but Reception lady I recieved a call from was absolutely rude!!! Never recieved this type of service before
Disliked: Reception lady that spoke to me at 12:21pm 20th December 2024 she was absolutely rude!

Liked: I appreciated the amenities such as fridges, microwaves, laundry services and an ironing board, which are helpful when traveling with kids. Receptionist is absolutely lovely
Disliked: There were way too much bugs such as spiders and ants on the beds. Ants were also crawling on the kids’s snacks. There were lizards and its dropping were found on the floor in the kitchen. There was an off smell around the cabin. The beddings did not smell fresh, very thick dust on the vents. Found a flea on the bunk bed.
