Liked: The size of the rooms, cleanliness, and comfortable beds. The pool and spa were a big tick all round. The kids loved swimming around the spa and under the bridge, then a soak in the spa. It was a very quiet park to stay at. Parking was great.
Disliked: Nothing at all. Would love to come back again if ever up that way again

Pleasant
Liked: Staff were friendly, room was clean. Laundry Facilities are dated but functional.
Disliked: Stayed in 101 with wheelchair access, however the floor in the bathroom is not graded to Australian Standards AS1428. This meant the water flooded the entire bathroom when using the shower. The water ran straight to the door and around the toilet, not to the drain.

Disappointing
Disliked: The floor was quite dirty I couldnt let my daughter crawl around on it, she was ending up with black legs and feet doing so. The cabin was extremely hot, especially the bedrooms as the air con didn't reach the rooms at all, sleeping was uncomfortable due to it being so hot in the rooms. There was only one fan supplied also. There was no broom or vacuum supplied so to tidy the floor a dust pan was needed which was physically uncomfortable to use each day and for such a big floor space. Minimum kitchen stuff supplied, made it hard to prepare food. No cutting boards, sharp knives ect. The stove and oven supplied wasn't a proper set up, just a portable one which made it hard to cook anything, took forever even just to make bacon and eggs for breakfast.I moved one of the single beds as my daughter dropped something down the side and it was quite dirty underneath the beds Overall I was quite disappointed with the cabin.. The facilities within the park were well maintained and were great.
