Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at Ingenia Hervey Bay. The staff were friendly & very helpful.The grounds and facilities were clean with plenty to keep the kids happy and active.

Liked: Insect screens need replacing due to holes. The week we were I there it was raining most days, however only 1 dryer in the laundry. There is a washing machine in the cabin.The cabin was clean and comfortable.

Liked: I liked the room, it was great. Nice layout. Staff were great.
Disliked: Only two things. The biggest thing was the bed needs to be replaced asap. No exhaust fan in bathroom, you just open the window helps. Also the sliding security doors wouldn't lock. But with that I would stay again.
