Great location, clean tidy rooms.

Liked: Excellent call with reception very helpful with booking. Loved the breakfast not the usual serve yourself stale warmed up stuff.
Disliked: Bar staff could be a bit more chatty. Service was ok but they just were more occupied with their phones than engaging with customers.

Liked: The hotel Indigo location was superb extremely central but still very quiet and relaxing. The staff were all superb and the free snacks, biscuits, fridge and luxury coffee's in the room far exceeded the norm. All in all a fantastic Friday night stay for the £100 paid.
Disliked: Everything exceeded expectations although the car parking charge is always a difficult one to swallow when paying for a room.

Would definitely stay again

Disliked: Pillows a bit hard

Exceptional accommodation with superb staff

Liked: Huge hotel room with a huge bed and beautiful furniture. Very clean. A Nespresso machine, variety of teas, complimentary drinks in the bar. bath robes, exceptional breakfast, very friendly service. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my gluten and lactose intolerance. All in all it exceeded my expectations.
