Poor Customer service

Liked: It was nice. It was hard because I was short of oxygen. My machine wouldn't work so we had to come back home.
Disliked: We have been trying to contact someone to help us cancel this for a month. And we were charged $378 which is $120.00 more than the room that was booked! We are so unhappy with Booking.com.
