Liked: The staff are exceptional. Lovely gym, great bar, big spacious clean room with a very comfortable bed.

Disliked: There were no towels nor paper products until I asked for them. There were no top sheets on the beds. Low lighting anyway, but one bulb was out over the bed. I asked for a replacement. None was given.I was put in a handicap room, and the shower curtain would not contain the water when I showered. I have stayed here several times. I doubt that I will return.
