Excellent service and luxury rooms.

Liked: The staff are really welcoming and easy to talk to and they make you feel relaxed and served. The room has got everything you need in it and its worth value for money. The location is convenient to public amenities, shops and transport system. If you are looking for a perfectly relaxed place to wind down during business and holiday trip, I would recommend Hotel Indigo Brisbane City Centre as your first choice.
Disliked: The only thing that I would recommend is to make it better is ensure wifi is working properly as that was the only thing that I had problem with when trying connecting to with my mobile phone.

Disliked: This might be showing my age, but I found the lighting in the rooms and the public areas too dim for comfort and navigation. Arriving after dark meant that I spent an inordinate length of time trying to find the light switches for the bathroom area in my room, and finding my work colleagues in the restaurant area was more of a challenge than I would care to admit.

Liked: Room was excellent, high quality furniture and appliances. Comfortable bed and bedding. Great location in the centre of Brisbane CBD.
Disliked: Room service was not great. Meal was cold. Ordered meal for 8pm and it was delivered after 8:30pm, after 3 phone calls back and forth.
