Liked: upgrade into nicer bigger unit was wonderful, promise of taking off the dog fee and the getting charged 100 bucks for a pet is much, to much steep.
Disliked: 100 dollar pet fee, late removal of hold fees , which affects budget LONG after you have left is a too much as well, way over 2-3 banking days

Disliked: There were some guest in the pool acting rude. One of our days the handy men was drilling something in the wall and woke us up.

Disliked: I have paid a lot of money to stay here because I was thinking this would be a really good hotel.I was thinking that my reservation was included with breakfast, and when I try to ask about it, the staff was not very polite.It looks like construction is going on all the elevators were dirty it looked like glass particles I took some pictures.

Disliked: Water pressure in shower was low. Could’ve used another table surface, like a coffee table. Room felt outdated overall. Bed was uncomfortable. No accessible outlets on one side of the bed; had to pull the nightstand out to reach an outlet.
