Disappointing

Liked: Best breakfast experience, staff was amazing…Could literally hear a couple above having sex for 5 hours and could barely sleep. Better soundproofing is needed.Marriott needs to provide their staff with a better facility. Was no where near worth what I paid.

I had a comfortable stay.

Liked: The room was clean and our bed was changed daily. Renovations is going on so it was a little dusty.
Disliked: I had no dislike. I paid a lot more than my friends so I would not be booking with you all anymore. We did not get any discounts because we booked with you all. No senior, or veterans.

Liked: The hotel was under construction so that took away from a good experience. The rooms were very clean

Liked: The location and the space of the room. The staff had good customer service attitudes.
Disliked: The fridge in the room ran very loud. There was a dog in the room next to ours that barked all night and kept us up. There was a cheer competition being held and the dining area was chaos. Our food was subpar and came out late.

Liked: upgrade into nicer bigger unit was wonderful, promise of taking off the dog fee and the getting charged 100 bucks for a pet is much, to much steep.
Disliked: 100 dollar pet fee, late removal of hold fees , which affects budget LONG after you have left is a too much as well, way over 2-3 banking days
