Disliked: The people in the room next to us were obnoxious and loud all night and into the morning. I went down to the desk to complain at 4am. When they sent someone up it did not get any better. They then started slamming doors and banging on walls. I showered and left around 7am, and they were still at it. Worst $300 I have ever spent!

Very close to IU/PUI Natatorium. Clean and bed was comfortable. Captain of Valet parking was extremely nice.

Liked: Very nice hotel staff.
Disliked: Food and menu could be better. Parking fee extremely high.

Great Location but Customer Service...

Liked: Location was great for my needs. Did have some hall noise but these days people are amazingly rude and entitled.
Disliked: Requested late checkout due to competing in a long distance race. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 11:10 am. Didn’t even get to shower. Expressed my displeasure to the front desk with no response . Will probably not stay here again.

Disliked: Parking garage was chaos and at 530 pm our double queen bed room was not ready so we were put in a sweet with 1 kin bed for 4 people, completely unacceptable.

Weary but still made the...

Liked: The food at the restaurant within the Marriott was very good. Tony was our waiter on our first morning and he was fantastic. We were actually hoping to have him the 2nd morning however he wasn't working the morning shift that day.
Disliked: Breakfast was NOT included as it stated it was when I booked this property. Also, if you are a single female, be VERY careful in getting into the room you are set to be in. I walked into a man that was no one I knew and I wasn't even expecting to be in my room. They 'accidentally' put me in a room with this man thinking I was his partner. That is what happens when you do not check the person's identification. Took them over 20 minutes to rectify it then they just apologized and gave me a $20 off coupon for the restaurant inside. Not very happy at all about this. $20 is all my life is worth I guess to them.
