Founded in 1957 by celebrity couple Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz this hotel is home to the Indian Wells Country Club site of the famous Humana Challenge. It offers guests an outdoor swimming pool and an on-site restaurant. Rooms at the Indian Wells Resort Hotel feature a private balcony or patio and free Wi-Fi. Cable TV and a coffee maker are included. A continental breakfast is served each morning in Indian Wells Live the resort's Mediterranean-style restaurant. Guests can also go to the on site bar Indian Wells Live for a light meal or a cocktail. From September- May there is live entertainment several nights of the week. An outdoor pool is open on-site beside Palm Terrace a restaurant serving cocktails sandwiches and salads. Palm Terrace also looks out over the 11th green of the country club. Indian Wells Resort guests have access to the private course. The Indian Wells Resort Hotel is less than 4 mi from Desert Adventures and less than 6.8 mi from the Children's Discovery Museum.

I always stay at this...

Liked: The location, pool, view, lounge act

Passable

Liked: Good price. $25 to self park is ridiculous. Property is old. Rooms need renovation. TV’s are super small size.

Convenient, good value, decent.

Liked: Price, location, music.Decent stay, not fancy. Nice pool area with great view of golf course. Fast shuttle to Hyatt.
Disliked: No poolside service (one day someone brought menus but never came back), no outside bar service, no snacks to buy at all and nearest grocery store was 1 1/2 miles away-- absolutely nothing in the near vicinity to buy anything and hotel didn't offer anything. After a long day of travel, that was tough. Asked three days in a row for toilet tot be repaired- never really was.

A night of no sleep

Liked: The location
Disliked: This was the worst mattress we ever slept on. The mattress was hard as a rock and was squeaky and bouncy.
