Liked: Beautiful setting. Super friendly staff. Room was very clean and tidy. Small kitchenette had everything you need.
Disliked: Room could use a small night light in the bathroom

Nice location apart from the...

Liked: The location suited us while on a road trip in California. The room was simple but a good size and comfortable, although the bed was softer than I like. We enjoyed the peaceful setting by the river and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The onsite cafe was closed so there was nowhere nearby to eat in the evening. Luckily I knew that in advance and we'd come prepared with snacks. There was a microwave in the room but heating up ready meals is no substitute for a meal out which is what we normally enjoy when travelling.

Beautiful scenery, very comfortable place...

Liked: We had a very comfortable room with two bedrooms and small but very well equipped kitchen. A small terrace overlooking grass/meadow and a river is a great place to have a meal. The surroundings of the place - river, mountain view - makes it a really unique place to stay. If we knew, it was that nice and comfortable and close to hiking trails, we would plan more than one night there.
Disliked: All was good

Liked: Location was great, lots of places on the property to hang out and enjoy time together.
Disliked: Surprised to discover the bathroom and showers were outside our room… down the hall. I don’t think that was mentioned in the add.

Amazing

Liked: The staff where very welcoming friendly and attentive when you needed them. The entire property, including the rooms were clean and well maintained. The access to the river was amazing including a fire pit and gazebo. They have bare essentials available in the lobby/gift store, for those traveling with the bare basics.We really enjoyed our time there.The restaurant onsite was amazing. Staff was incredible, the food delicious. Menu primarily Italian, made with fresh local ingredients. The staff there were great, and the chef was gracious enough to come out and talk about one of the appetizers we fell in love with.
