Disliked: We stayed in the room without bathrooms ensuite. The bathrooms available to our room were completely open to anyone coming into the other rooms. I did not feel safe enough to shower.

Liked: Beautiful setting. Super friendly staff. Room was very clean and tidy. Small kitchenette had everything you need.

Liked: The location suited us while on a road trip in California. The room was simple but a good size and comfortable, although the bed was softer than I like. We enjoyed the peaceful setting by the river and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The onsite cafe was closed so there was nowhere nearby to eat in the evening. Luckily I knew that in advance and we'd come prepared with snacks. There was a microwave in the room but heating up ready meals is no substitute for a meal out which is what we normally enjoy when travelling.

Beautiful scenery, very comfortable place...

Liked: We had a very comfortable room with two bedrooms and small but very well equipped kitchen. A small terrace overlooking grass/meadow and a river is a great place to have a meal. The surroundings of the place - river, mountain view - makes it a really unique place to stay. If we knew, it was that nice and comfortable and close to hiking trails, we would plan more than one night there.
