Overpriced for what it offers...

Liked: Good location for NE Phoenix easily accessible from loop 101, Innovative layout with semi-private porches facing interior landscaped area
Disliked: Bedding consisted of a sheet and a coverlet the same thickness as the sheet. In order to stay warm, I had to set the heat exchanger at an uncomfortably high level.The front desk did not seem to be regularly staffed. I had to wait for someone to show up to check me in and there was no one there for checkout.

It was fine.

Liked: The staff was very nice and they checked us in early.
Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable. In the morning when we were collecting our things we found a dirty bottle of sexual lubricant that was on the floor that we hadn't seen when we came in. We were both pretty disgusted.

Liked: The location was perfect for our weekend stay directly across from Salt River Fields. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The outside could use some sprucing up and more lights in the entry way

Liked: Central location, nice pool and hot tub.
Disliked: The girl at the front desk didn’t greet us when we checked in or out and didn’t make eye contact.

Budget motel with budget amenities...

Liked: The property has a great location. You get pretty much what you expect of a two star motel.
Disliked: The second lock on the door was coming out of the wall so that was useless. The door didn’t really shut completely even though the door lock with the handle worked. We put the ottoman against it to keep the door pushed in. We booked the room for three people but there were only two sets of towels.
