Great location. Disappointed in the...

Liked: Great location. Sheets were clean
Disliked: The place was dirty. Loads of dust, all of the dishes were still in the dishwasher. Grubby marks on ceiling, walls, frying pan was unusable. Pictures certainly did not depict what we were met with on arrival.

Unhappy with cleanliness of room...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Was not clean. The area walking to the pool and the pool area is under construction so felt dirty and unsafe. Pool was still usable but should have been told before booking.

Not a great experience.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: They were unable to locate our keys. Apartment smelt musty. Sea view is barely visible. Hard bed. Fan broken.

Room 124 on 12th floor

Liked: The location was fabulous. 2 bedrooms really nice, clean and well appointed. Really liked that there was a power board with extra sockets.
Disliked: There were no extra sheets to make up the sofa beds despite requesting it once we arrived and realized there were none. The address given was 173 city road, but actually, it was in the other tower 183 City road. Which caused confusion at check-in and caused quite a delay in getting in. There was only one teatowel.Cracked cups and no dishcloth. It was also quite dirty out on the balcony. It was very disappointing that the tennis court was under construction and not able to be used. It would have been helpful to have an information sheet with some instructions on what expectations for how we leave the apartment and other useful tips for how things work. When checking out we couldn't find the box to leave the fobs and neither could the concierge. Response time to messages and queries very poor.

Ideal for 6, great views...

Liked: Excellent 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Nice city views with balcony. Location superb. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Carpark cost $40 extra per day. Apartment good value for money. Thank you.
