Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous...

Liked: Gorgeous location, breakfast was excellent range of hot and cold choices, fresh fruit and juice. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Comfortable stay on the lake...

Liked: Superb location on the lake, terrace to sit and read/work/eat overlooking the lake, excellent buffet breakfast and terrace lunch, spacious room, a 20-minute walk into Annecy but that is a beautiful promenade along the lake.
Disliked: Service a bit slow (nothing too serious), elevator a bit slow (could do with a third one), no option to eat in the hotel for dinner when we hadn't booked in advance and the restaurant was full. Decor is done to a high standard but good-taste bling.

Liked: Location superb. Beautiful hotel, gardens and spa. Food was exceptional. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Concierge service wonderful. Annecy is one of the most beautiful places to visit and we could not fault the hotel in any way. We cannot wait to return.
