Liked: I like that the problem was fixed by a very nice lady. She put me at ease.
Disliked: The manager canceled my rental based off an inquiry. I never authorized the cancel. I asked if I could cancel and rebook with my mother's points. It was just a question. I got no response. He just canceled my sons Reservation. I'm 4.5 hours away from my son to learn that the manager canceled his Reservation and they were all booked. I almost lost my mind. I will never send my child there again.

Sort of a hidden gem...

Liked: Check in was easy, parking easy and plentiful, staff was friendly, room was extremely clean but inexpensive. Beds were comfy. A very pleasant surprise. Excellent value. Quick drive to SUNY Cortland.
Disliked: Parking lot was extremely noisy at time and is located on a noisy street so earplugs are recommended. People were outside smoking and you have to access your room from outside so you will encounter smoke if they're out there.
