Good

Liked: Good location, near to train station. kind staff assistance. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Facilities a bit old. lift small, basin water outflow slow, WC flush not strong. Have to flush a few times. No heater.

Exceptional

Liked: Super friendly staff, nice rooms and good location to go out and explore the city!

Liked: The location in the town
Disliked: Nothing really but I think the reception should have allocated a room with a shower cabin and not me asking for this kind of room after been in the room. However full appreciation to the staff when I mentioned it and they changed the room straight away

I don`t recommend to waste...

Disliked: I paid decent price to get a good hotel room. I got a tiny room that smelled tobacco and air spray. The hotel room toilet got plugged a coulpe of times due too small water flush. The room was changed to second one due plugging, but the second toilet flush water was even smaller, so no paper was able to flush. Toilet floors were dirty and floated with water after shower.

Liked: The staff and location were amazing. Just across the road from the train station, within 7 minutes walk of tivoli gardens etc
Disliked: The room was crazy hot at night.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: We included the breakfast with our stay. The food provided was the same every day. Not much if a selection and on the bland side. Bacon was terrible. The hot water machine had water scale and needs to be cleaned. Not a lot of people eating so I guess that is a sign of the poor quality of the food.
