Liked: Staff were exceptionally helpful even to an uncouth Englishman like myself. Rooms were comfortable. The soundproofing works well. Breakfast was divine.
Disliked: The blinds unfortunately didn't work on our window, my partner found it a little bright in our room (365).

Liked: Aperol spritz!
Disliked: The room was dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting

Disappointing

Disliked: There was a broken socket with no cover so you could see the wires and the inside. Also blood on the towel.

Liked: Location is perfect .
Disliked: Cleaning is not that great . Also you have to book cleaning a day before and in case you are busy you can not have cleaning done . That’s like extra work in your holidays. Breakfast was quite basic.

Disliked: Old facilities, broken and sharp glass in the coffee corner cut my finger
