Nice enough hotel - great...

Liked: lifts not working. No explanation or apology or even how to find our way up or down from staff

It is generally a good...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: It was rather warm and beds were not so comfortable

We would happily stay here...

Liked: Location was perfect for the train station & city centre.Staff were very helpful & thought nothing of looking after our luggage whilst we did some Copenhagen sightseeing.Breakfast was very good with a wide choice available.
Disliked: We were hoping to stay for a second night on our return journey, but on arrival were informed that they were shut due to overunning renovations so were transferred to another hotel.
