Needs an overhaul
Liked: Location
Disliked: Mould in shower. One wall in room painted but they left the top 6 inches ... no soap to wash hands, not enough tea coffee and milk. Dining room had crumbs on the windowsill

Enjoyed
Liked: Staff and customer service was amazing and location of hotel had a sea view with our room!
Disliked: The mattress wasn’t the best but hotel is undergoing some renovations at moment so I’m sure when it’s finished it will be a lot better indoors and outdoors

Exceptional room for the price!
Liked: We stayed in room 22 and as we opened the door, we both said 'WOW'.The room was enormous with curtains that would not be out of place in a theatre. Absolutely gorgeous room.We also had a private balcony looking over the sea which was incredible!
Disliked: I wouldn't say we 'didn't' like anything... However, the carpet was a little tired as were the curtains.

Good
Liked: The location and view from the bedroom..
Disliked: The hotel is apparently undergoing repairs and decoration. It is obviously in a state of disrepair. The shower and water were off when I was there. The four poster bed looked like it had been built by a 7 year old apprentice (I'm a builder). The carpet was threadbare . Hopefully by the spring, or summer it'll be completely renovated. I'll not stay again until the work has been finished. I paid £180 for a night, I've stayed in lots of hotels and this was the most unsatisfactory one I've stayed in. £90 per night would be too much for this half refurbished building
