Great location

Liked: Beautiful hotel, staff were friendly.. great location
Disliked: You have to pay extra to use the thermal suite.. this was disappointing.

Great food and waiting and...

Liked: The check in experience. The evening meal and the waiting staff in the restaurant were excellent. The breakfast choice and service was also excellent.
Disliked: After going to sleep we experienced a water leak coming from the ceiling onto the bottom of the bed and the carpet at the end of the bed. We were allocated another room. However on entering the room it was like a sauna. We tried to adjust the temperature at the wall panel and it did not seem to be working. We called reception who said they could resolve the problem. Unfortunately it was not resolved and after opening the window we had a very restless sleep because of the noise from the street and the heat in the room. On checking out the next morning, we were offered an upgrade should we choose to stay there again!
