Disliked: I booked and went to hotel for a medical appointment the next morning. on arrival I was asked for 310 euro deposit on top of the room rate. I didn't have the money so I had to stay in another hotel. absolutely disgusting treatment of a working Irish man.

Liked: Fantastic location. Lovely friendly staff.
Disliked: There was renovations been done to the main bar which was closed and disappointing. I wasn’t made aware of this when I was booking.

An overpriced and disappointing stay

Liked: Staff were pleasant and we got a room upgrade. The hotel felt a bit run down and there was scaffolding all over the front. Checkin area was tiny and appeared to be a corridor.
Disliked: The hotel is overpriced and the breakfast was poor quality. The hotel felt run down and the room price was not reflected in the room amenities.

Always stay in Imperial just...
