Disliked: Dated and in need of updating, we paid and upgraded room and what we got was one of the last rooms available which was small and not in the best of condition. We asked if we could check in early as we were seeing strictly come dancing in the Tower ballroom and had to be there for 2pm. We were told there wasn’t any rooms ready even though they offer early check in and we ended up checking in at 11:45 and got a poor room.
