Liked: Very nice resort. Clean and convenient. Loved the ABC store next door. Great location. Did not get to the beach due to mobility issue, but did have a great visit. Would visit this resort again!

Very comfortable stay in a...

Liked: Very close to the beach in a nice street. Room was great although a little cramped with a sofa bed and Murphy bed and a dining table. Wouldn’t have been to bad if we didn’t need to pull the sofa bed out. The Murphy bed and bedroom beds were very comfortable and had good pillows. The sofa bed was a bit hard. Great kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker and fridge although no coffee was supplied. Had a view of the water between the buildings in the Banyan suite on the 16th floor.
Disliked: A bit cramped.

Excellent location with all amenities...

Liked: I did not request it, but gratefully, the bathroom was well equipped with bars. Very comfortable and everything needed for one person or a couple. Small space, but good location and better view from the lanai than I expected. Staff was outstanding.
Disliked: Nothing. This will be my go to place in the future.

Great location

Liked: Location was amazing and the Abc store downstairs was very convenient.We liked the complimentary box of chocolates.
Disliked: The room was clean and met our needs although we could hear the elevators coming and going.For the price, complimentary coffee would be appreciated. It isn't worth purchasing coffee from the ABC store for short stays.The staff weren't overly friendly or helpful compared to other places we stayed during our holiday to the states.We had a studio room and in my opinion it has too much furniture in the room if you need the sofa bed like we did. The coffee table should probably be removed or a smaller one used.Avoid level 5 or lower studio - the view is onto the foyer roof. We had the same room on level 8 in December and the view was much nicer.

Liked: Great facilities, ie hot tub and sauna.They put on events in the owner's lounge, cocktails, music etc. which is a lovely touch.Housekeeping staff always happy to provide you with what you want upon request.Front desk very helpful, even offering to change bills for local bus exact fares.Little attention to details you won't get in a fancy hotel.Location is perfect for beaches and shops.

Liked: The Imperial is in an excellent location - close to the beaches, restaurants, and buses. The hotel has great facilities and the staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Perfect accomodation choice

Liked: Location, location, location, cleanliness, value for money, majority of staff were friendly
Disliked: The corridor on floor was a bit outdated, aircon was loud, room was small for 4 adults, unnecesarry furnitures that made the room smaller but these doesnt bothered us at all…
