Liked: Horrible service never coming again
Disliked: They gave our room to someone else never contacted us to tell us our room was double booked when I had paid over a week in advance… had to sleep in our car outside in the rain with a police check at 2Am asking for verification because they couldn’t find arrangements at midnight… worse experience of my life and they still didn’t refund us …

Liked: the hotel let me have the room knowing the TV did not work- instead of lettting me make the choice to stay or go- the bottom sheet did not fit on the bed leaving me exposed to the germs of other people sleepning there prior to me. When I reported this they did niot care- told me iwas viseotrons problem and speak to the maid serviceit is beutiful hotel but my stay was rotten- When i suggested they should reduce the price their answer was they were all sold out so forget it

Liked: The lady on the front desk when we arrived was super nice
Disliked: We booked last minute when our flight was cancelled and arrived at the hotel at 1230 am. No power at the hotel when we got there due to the floods so they had no records of us booking. The girl on reception said they had no rooms available but she would let us sleep in one of the boardrooms that had a Murphy bed (pull out of the wall bed). She told us that she would not charge us for the room. In the morning I checked my credit card and $350 had been charged for the room. I spoke with the staff that had taken over in the morning and explained what had happened. He tried to tell me that I had been upgraded to an executive suite and that the upgrade had been waived. After I told him that a Murphy bed in a board room was not an upgrade he begrudgingly took $50 off of the bill.I emailed the customer service contact that was on the hotel website to explain that I didn't expect a free room. However, an uncomfortable Murphy bed in a room where the curtains don't close, a huge table in the middle of the room and no power was definitely not what I had booked and not worth the money I had paid. Since sending the email I have not had a response.
