Liked: Convenient location to the highway.
Disliked: We booked the room when we were about 15 minutes away from the hotel. I received confirmation for our booking. Payment was to be handled by the property. Upon arrival a few minutes later, we were refused our reserved room (2 queen beds) and they did not honour my Booking.com rate. We were given a downgrade (1 bed and a sofa), and charged a much higher rate.The front reception staff member was not willing to honour my reserved rate for the downgraded room even though I showed them the reservation confirmation on my phone. This felt like a scam. Would not return to this hotel.
