Disliked: You have to pay $150 on arrival incase you wreck your room!!!. Unbelievable, and I am STILL waiting for them to refund this to me, despite ringing them. Also, no blanket so it was cold.

Great location.

Liked: Great location - an easy walk to Britomart, and close to public transport,shopping and some great restaurants and bars. Despite being on a busy road, the room was very quiet. The bed was super comfortable and we had a great view of the Sky Tower from our 11th floor room.
Disliked: The lighting in both the bedroom and the bathroom could have been better.

This hotel exceeded my expectations....

Liked: The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Room was spotless, bed comfy and hotel was in a fabulous location.
Disliked: Nothing as everything was excellent.
