Liked: The hotel is really good, we enjoy our stay here. Rooms were clean, comfy bed, breakfast was ok.

Bad experience

Disliked: I had a very bad experience my AirPods were stolen. Be careful and never ask for housekeeping in this hotel.

The Hotel is nice and...

Liked: The hotel was very clean and very well situated, the breakfast is very good and not the normal continental breakfast you usually find. The facilities were very nice and new.
Disliked: During our stay at the hotel on December 24th, we ordered food through Uber Eats around 9:00 pm, as the restaurant had closed early that day. When the food arrived, we sat in the dining area to eat, but a security guard immediately approached us in a very rude manner. He told us we weren’t allowed to be there and even questioned whether we were actual guests of the hotel. His behavior made us feel extremely uncomfortable on what was supposed to be a special night for us.We were simply making use of the hotel’s facilities, just as if I had been sitting in the work area with my laptop. Is this not something included in the services provided by the hotel? If not, please remember that you are in the hospitality industry and should treat your guests in a much more courteous manner. If some staff are unable to handle this, perhaps they should consider a job where they don’t have to interact with people daily.It’s a shame that this incident tarnished the image of the rest of the staff, who worked hard to provide quality service.

Not worth the price paid

Disliked: Cleaning staff does not respect the do not respect sign. Breakfast could be a lot better
