We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: The room was spacious and well equipment with lots of added extras which was much appreciated. Beds were very comfortable and all staff were lovely. We had an evening meal at the hotel which was delicious. There was also plenty of choice at breakfast.
Disliked: Everything was great

It was a lovely experience

Liked: The staff were very helpful, pleasant and polite. The food was really good, the room were very clean and comfortable with a very comfortable bed. And to top it I had a lovely massage. It was a great way to spend a birthday 😄
Disliked: There was nothing that we didn’t like

Tranquil, relaxing and a perfect...

Liked: Peaceful surroundings, reminded us of our nans house (In a good way), service was impeccable, really friendly and helpful, very relaxing. I can’t fault the place in anything, was perfect.

Utterly Disappointing Trip

Liked: Lovely staff, lovely hotel, good food.
Disliked: We were put into a shabby room with damp running down the wall, doggy dirty carpet that smelled and was very marked.We live in a beautiful home with our very clean tiny Chihuahua dog. Can you imagine going to a hotel to celebrate your husbands birthday. It was my gift to him. The room was depressing. Beds could be improved. The rest of the hotel was nice, but having to pay so much for one night in a shabby awful room was disgusting. His birthday was ruined. We were so looking forward to this break and would have returned again and again, but not to be put into a room like that.

Comfortable and well appointed. Good...

Liked: Nice peaceful location. Decent spa facilities with pool, jacuzzi, small steam room and small sauna. Comfortable and pleasant dining and bar areas. Nice grounds too. Staff were attentive and friendly.
Disliked: Bedroom was small for the money. I would have expected much more space.
