Property needs a revamp. Too...

Liked: This is a very dated property and was very expensive for what it is. The staff are wonderful and soon their utmost to provide a friendly service and clean rooms. An issue with our bed was dealt with professionally and quickly.

Liked: The pleasant, friendly atmosphere. The staff was amazing, the room was spacious and the kitchenette was very clean and modern. The location was excellent, close to Kuhio restaurants, shopping and Waikiki Beach. We look forward to staying there again.
Disliked: Nothing.

Hawaiian Relaxation Trip

Liked: We loved everything about the whole establishment and the staff. We arrived at least 2 hours early and the room was already good to go. The staff was one of the nicest and caring staff I have seen and I'm in the hotel industry... The room was equipped with everything that you need and the grocery and convenient stores are one block up and the beach was also in walking distance.
