Liked: The pleasant, friendly atmosphere. The staff was amazing, the room was spacious and the kitchenette was very clean and modern. The location was excellent, close to Kuhio restaurants, shopping and Waikiki Beach. We look forward to staying there again.
Disliked: Nothing.

Hawaiian Relaxation Trip

Liked: We loved everything about the whole establishment and the staff. We arrived at least 2 hours early and the room was already good to go. The staff was one of the nicest and caring staff I have seen and I'm in the hotel industry... The room was equipped with everything that you need and the grocery and convenient stores are one block up and the beach was also in walking distance.

Great Hotel!

Liked: This hotel is amazing value for money if you are looking for a hotel in the heart of Waikiki. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the daily maid service. When you are traveling with kids who spend their days moving between the pool, the beach and snacks, a daily clean up is of value and not something that happens in a lot of hotels anymore.
Disliked: The air-conditioning was a little noisy, and the fan squeaky. There is carparking available, but the spaces are quite tight. These are certainly not deal-breaker issues and we would happily stay again.
